What is NightGlydersHub?

NightGlydersHub is the home for the NightGlyders ecosystem on ApeChain. It connects two NFT collections — Glyders and Trainers — to a soft-staking economy, a 3D wearables pipeline, a chemistry system, and a points-based Marketplace. You hold NFTs in your wallet, the Hub watches behavior on-chain, and your points accrue automatically.

What's the difference between a Glyder and a Trainer?

Glyders are 3,333 creatures with rigged 3D bodies. They earn Glyder Points while staked and are the canvas for wearables and trait swapping. Glyders are also where future gameplay will plug in — training, leveling, and prizes.

Trainers are 1,666 humanoid companions. They generate Trainer Points while staked and unlock chemistry pairings with your Glyders. Trainers #1–18 are Immortals— 1/1 art with a 20× points multiplier and five concurrent training slots.

What are Trainer Points and Glyder Points?

They are two separate, fictional in-ecosystem currencies. Both are non-transferable, carry no monetary value, and exist only inside NightGlydersHub.

  • Trainer Points (TP) accrue from staked Trainers. Spent in the Marketplace and on Trainer wearables.
  • Glyder Points (GP) accrue from staked Glyders. Used to level up, animate traits, and redeem prizes (more spend surfaces are landing as gameplay rolls out).

Most Marketplace items will be available for either Trainer Points or Glyder Points, so it's good to keep a balance in both. Some exclusive items will be priced in a single currency — that detail is shown on the item card.

How does staking work? Do I send my NFT somewhere?

No. Staking is soft staking— your NFTs never leave your wallet. There is no staking contract and no approval that gives the Hub control of your tokens. You sign a message confirming intent to stake; the Hub then watches your wallet on-chain and accrues points based on behavior.

You can stake one NFT at a time or use the Stake-All flow. Unstaking is also a signed intent — no transaction fees, no waiting period.

What happens if I list my NFT for sale, transfer it, or sell it?

Listing, transferring, or selling a staked NFT triggers consequences consistent with the economy rules:

  • Active listings reduce or pause point accrual on the listed NFT until the listing is cancelled.
  • Transferring an NFT to a new wallet freezes the level and stats on the old wallet and burns pending Glyder Points tied to that NFT. If the same NFT later returns to the original wallet, the frozen level is restored — but burned points do not come back.
  • Selling and re-buying does not restore lost level progress to the new owner — levels are wallet-bound by design.

Transferred NFTs that arrive in a new holder's wallet are auto-staked the next time the new owner signs in, so new buyers start accruing immediately.

What is the Chemistry Bonus?

When a staked Glyder shares trait elements with a staked Trainer across one or more of the five chemistry axes (Eyes, Head, Mouth, Clothing↔Body, Hands↔Wings), the pair earns a Chemistry Bonus. Every 24 hours of full staking adds one batch to a claimable pool, capped at 30 batches. Claiming drains the pool to zero and credits both Trainer Points and Glyder Points to your account, scaled by the chemistry tier of your pair.

The Chemistry Sanctuary page shows which of your pairings score and at what tier. Pairings are an evolving guide — they get curated and tuned as new trait elements are catalogued.

What does Wallet Delegation do?

Delegation lets you keep your Glyders and Trainers in a cold wallet while interacting with the Hub from a hot wallet. We use delegate.xyz v2: register the delegation on-chain, then bind the cold↔hot pair inside the Hub. From that point on the hot wallet acts on behalf of the cold wallet for staking, claiming, and reads.

Each cold wallet binds to exactly one hot wallet — a clean one-to-one relationship that keeps your earning history tied to your real holder. Pick the hot wallet you trust, then forget it's there.

How do I sign in?

Connect any EVM wallet through the Connect button. For most actions you sign a short, dated message with your wallet — no gas, no transaction. Signatures are valid for ten minutes; the Hub re-prompts when one expires. We never request a token transfer or marketplace approval as part of sign-in.

What are wearables and how do they work?

Wearables are 3D GLB attachments that swap a trait on your Glyder — eyes, head, mouth, wings, and additional slots like Back, Feet, and Clothes. The 3D viewer composes them live against your Glyder's body skeleton, so what you see in the Hub is what you wear in Otherside.

The wearables contract is launching alongside the next phase of the economy. Until then, the Hub previews wearables in mock mode for design and testing.

How does the Marketplace work?

The Marketplace lets you redeem Trainer Points or Glyder Points for items curated by NightGlydersHub staff — allowlist (WL) spots, digital wearables, NFTs, and physical merchandise. Inventory and pricing are set by us and may change.

All purchases are final. Some items require fulfillment information at checkout (Discord handle, email, or shipping address). For full rules see the Terms of Use.

How do leaderboards rank players?

The leaderboards rank by lifetime totals across four dimensions: Trainer Points earned, Glyder Points earned, level, and longest staking streak. Click any row to see the wallet's breakdown by Trainer Points and Glyder Points. Display names come from each player's profile — set yours under Profile.

What makes a Trainer special — Immortal, Golden Nocta Fruit, Nocta Fruit?

All Trainers earn Trainer Points, but a few tiers earn faster:

  • Immortals (Trainers #1–18): 20× Trainer Points and five concurrent training slots.
  • Golden Nocta Fruit trait: 3× Trainer Points.
  • Nocta Fruit trait: 2× Trainer Points.

Multipliers apply only while the Trainer is actively staked and the wallet is in good standing on the loyalty gate.

What is the loyalty multiplier? Why did my accrual rate drop?

Behavior is tracked per wallet. Listing or sniping marketplace flips reduces a behavior multiplier on accrual and on spend eligibility. Marketplace items can only be purchased when the gate is at full loyalty (multiplier = 1.0). Cancelling open listings and waiting through the cool-down restores the gate.

Are Trainer Points or Glyder Points worth real money?

No. Both are fictional in-ecosystem points. They are not money, not a security, and not a cryptocurrency. They cannot be redeemed for fiat or crypto, are non-transferable between wallets, and may be added, removed, slashed, or discontinued at any time. See Terms of Use §2.

I sold my NFT — do I keep the points I already earned?

In most cases, yes. Points already credited to your wallet stay with your wallet. What you lose immediately is pending Glyder Points tied to the NFT at the moment of transfer, and the level associated with that NFT freezes on the old wallet. The new owner starts fresh on accrual but does not inherit your level.

One important exception: if you sell, transfer, or accept a WAPE offer for your last Glyder or Trainer — leaving your wallet with zero of either collection — your full points balance is slashed to zero. This is the anti-exploit guard against buying, accruing, and dumping. Keep at least one Glyder and one Trainer in the wallet to keep your earned balance safe.

The 3D viewer isn't loading my Glyder. What do I do?

Hit Retry on the error overlay first — most failures are transient. If that doesn't work, refresh the page. If it still won't load after that, open a ticket in the official Discord so we can look into it.

Where do I go for support or to report a bug?

The official Discord is the canonical channel for support, bug reports, and feature requests. Links in the footer take you there. For policy questions and dispute resolution see the Terms of Use.
